Our rigorous academic program is taught in a full French immersion environment. We immerse each student in an educational setting that promotes personal achievement. We immerse all students in a world rich in learning experiences, from the languages and sciences to the arts.

We educate -

We educate beyond the realm of the Alberta Program of Studies and help each student to be the best person he or she can be. We educate students to be accountable for their learning, for their attitudes and for their behaviors. We strive to challenge each student and to excite each one about the possibilities that immersion education offers.

We empower -

We trust children, and we empower our students to grow up in our community as caring individuals. We empower our students to see beyond their school community and provide opportunities for them to positively contribute to and to have an impact on their world. We empower our students towards independence. They graduate from CFIS as self-reliant young citizens.
