BONNE VACANCES!

The staff at CFIS would like to wish our students and their families a happy summer holiday. It has been another amazing year for the school and we look forward to all that the 2012-2013 school year will bring! Please note, this is the last official Daily Bulletin until September; however, there will be important communications to come during the summer. Stay tuned to your inboxes next week for the Year End Communiqué and the week of August 20th for the Welcome Back Communiqué.

Gregory Lynch (grade 9) - our very own Athlete of the Year and the CISAA Athlete of the year will be on Shaw news at 5 p.m. on Friday, June 22.
HALLOWEEN PARTY VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
The CFIS Community Builders (CCB) is seeking volunteers to assist Halloween Party Chair Leanne Michaud with planning an October 2012 Halloween event. (Date to be confirmed, but it will either be on Fri., Oct. 26th or Sat., Oct. 27th - at the school.)

INFORMATION CHANGES
It is very important that the information we have in our system is up to date at all times. Should anything change over the summer, a registration change form should be submitted as soon as possible. This includes personal information changes such as:
- Contact Information (address, phone numbers, email, work info)
- Banking Information
The change form should also be submitted for:
- Withdrawals
- Grade Level / Program Changes
- Busing Changes or Requests
- Before and After School Care & Homework Program Changes or Requests

Primary/Elementary News
GRADE 6 REPORT CARDS
Just a reminder to grade 6 parents that report cards will be available for pick-up in your child's classroom from 9 a.m. to noon on Friday, June 22.
ELEMENTARY ART NEWS: PLAQUE MOUNTING
If you were unable to pick up your plaque mounted art projects today, they can be picked up during regular office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the main office.
All projects that were dropped off for plaque mounting this past week will be available for pick-up in approximately two weeks from Prints Charming in Aspen Landing. You may call them at 403-270-8535 for more information.
Junior & Senior High News
IS YOUR CHILD MISSING UNIFORM ITEMS?
Junior and senior high students who are missing uniform items (kilts, shirts, socks, pants etc.), gym shirts or shorts, or shoes (including runners) please have them check the gym change rooms. All unclaimed items will be donated at the end of next week.

- PAT Grade 9: English Language Arts (Part B), 9 to 10:45 a.m.
- Diploma Exam: Chemistry 30, 9:00 to 11:30 a.m.
Wednesday, June 27
- PAT Grade 9: Études sociales, 9 to 10:45 a.m. (Last exam for grade 9!)
- Diploma Exam: Physics 30, 9:00 to 11:30 a.m. (Last diploma exam!)
JUNIOR HIGH EXAM SCHEDULE
- Wednesday, June 20: French Language Arts
- Thursday, June 21: Spanish
- Friday, June 22: Sciences
- Monday, June 25: Mathématiques
- Tuesday, June 26: English Language Arts
- Wednesday, June 27: Études sociales
All exams (including PATS) will take place from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and will be held in individual classrooms. During scheduled study sessions in the afternoon, students are expected to be in their assigned classroom. Attendance will be taken and all unexcused absences will be recorded. Please be reminded that students are expected to wear their uniforms on exam days - including the proper shoes.
